YAKLAS\u0327\u20192018 event was a reflection of CEEE works to transdisciplinary studies. The TTT team included M. P\u0131nar Mengu\u0308c\u0327, O\u0308zlem Bahad\u0131r Karaog\u0306lu, Go\u0308kc\u0327e Ersel O\u0308tku\u0308n and Dilek Sayg\u0131, and focused on four themes: \u201cThinking inside and outside the box,\u201d \u201cPerformance,\u201d \u201cImpact,\u201d and \u201cAction!\u201d There were four different panels for each of these themes. The first one, \u201cThinking inside and outside the box,\u201d was directed by Mengu\u0308c\u0327 and included the discussions by Alpay Er, O\u0308zge Samanc\u0131, Deniz Sert and Selenga Gu\u0308rmen. Tanju Erdem, Alper U\u0308nlu\u0308 and O\u0308zlem O\u0308zkal discussed the \u201cPerformance\u201d which was moderated by O\u0308zlem Bahad\u0131r Karaog\u0306lu. During the \u201cImpact\u201d session, \u00d6zye\u011fin University former rector Esra Gen\u00e7t\u00fcrk, Eskis\u0327ehir Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Y\u0131lmaz Bu\u0308yu\u0308kers\u0327en and CEEE Director M. P\u0131nar Mengu\u0308c\u0327 discussed what can be done for the society.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Finally, the \u201cAction!\u201d was moderated by Go\u0308kc\u0327e Ersel O\u0308tku\u0308n, and included O\u0308zlem Yener C\u0327akmut, U\u0308mit O\u0308zlale and Gu\u0308ray Erkol. The most important skill of the 21st century is the ability to work as teams and collaboratively with people from different backgrounds and with different skills.\u00a0 With this in mind, the second day of YAKLAS\u0327\u20192018 event focused on 11 topics with the participation of the 3rd and the 4th year undergraduate students from different disciplines. In these Workshops, mixed disciplinary teams tackled different problems with facilitators, carried out brainstorming sessions and developed a collective strategy. O\u0308zyeg\u0306in University faculty members facilitated the workshops and students from 18 different departments, from law to gastronomy, aviation management and economics, took place in the discussions.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
