The Turkish Industry and Business Association (TÜSİAD) and Özyeğin University’s Center for Energy, Environment, and Economy (CEEE) collaborated to develop the “Turkey’s Industrial Energy Efficiency Outlook Project,” which kicked started on September 13, 2023. The project’s goal is to evaluate the energy efficiency and savings potential of Turkey’s top industrial sectors in comparison to national and international standards. The project’s primary goals are to raise awareness of energy efficiency, provide a comprehensive overview of Turkey’s industrial energy efficiency landscape, contribute to the best possible implementation of energy efficiency potential in the industry, and provide guidance for transitioning from energy savings to energy efficiency.
