Özyeğin University Transdisciplinary Thinking Team (TTT) was formed in
2018 in order to bring together educators, learners, and workers in order to
encourage them to interact extensively to work on complex problems important for the society at large. b.ağ, which was the first printed outcome of TTT was published in March 2019. In this first issue students’ transdisciplinary experiences on YAKLAŞ’2018 workshops were featured with their own expressions and designs.
Today, no professional can afford to rema in unaware of major shifts in new ideas, con cepts, and concerns, including global war ming, artificial intelligence, neural networks, biodiversity, behavioral economics, fuzzy logic, new media, chaos in society, among others.
With the sme token, there is no way one person can have the depth of traditional scientific thou ghts along with the extensive knowhow of the new developments. For these reason, we wan ted to bring different people together to work on these complicated and interconnected problems. With this vision we started the concept ‘b.ağ!’
