The most important skill of the 21st century is the ability to work as teams
and collaboratively with people from different backgrounds and with different skills. With this in mind, the second day of YAKLAŞ’2018 event focused on 11 topics with the participation of the 3rd and the 4th year undergraduate students from different disciplines. In these Workshops, mixed-disciplinary teams tackled different problems with facilitators, carried out brainstorming sessions and developed a collective strategy. Özyeğin University faculty members facilitated the workshops and students from 18 different departments, from law to gastronomy, aviation management and economics, took place in the discussions.
