Lahore Times Square (LTS), a luxurious mixed-use living space with a total area of 1.13 million m2 and multi-layered buildings such as residential houses, hospitals, offices, schools and shopping malls, is CEEE’s premier consultancy project. Due to its size and climatic conditions, the design, construction and operation of buildings are quite  challenging from both technical and sustainability point of view. In this context, the project shapes CEEE’s future work. For this purpose, a unique sustainability strategy has been developed by CEEE and several building energy simulations have been carried out. In addition, passive design and life cycle analyses have been conducted. The user experience is designed with ICT and IoT strategies. CEEE consultancy services, comprising a total of five work packages, will be extensively pursued.
