Buildings are at the top of the list of priorities as they are the cause of 40% of the consumption on energy sources and 25% on water resources and they are responsible for approximately one third of world greenhouse gas emission.

Energy usage in buildings is a piece of a complicated system which includes transportation and urban planning and it generates important results socially as it does on climate change The matter of energy efficiency is tackled with under CEEE’s “energy culture in new generation buildings” discussions in relation with all the other subjects.

CEEE is developing “Energy Efficiency Methodology in New Buildings” and “Energy Efficiency Renovation Strategies in Historical Buildings” for energy performan ce in near future.
